This Sunday marks a turning point on the calendar — there will be only 100 days left in 2024. Think about that. Just 100 days. Each day represents 1% of what’s left of the year. Now, imagine what would happen if you committed to getting 1% better every single day. It might not seem like much in the moment, but over time, those daily improvements add up in a huge way. By the end of the year, you'd be 170% better at any skill you focus on. This idea is central to James Clear’s Atomic Habits. Clear talks about how small, consistent actions lead to massive results. It’s not about trying to make a huge leap every day. Instead, it’s about showing up and making a little progress—just 1%—even when you don’t feel like it. The magic is in the compounding. Over time, those small efforts turn into big gains. As we head into the last 100 days of 2024, I want to challenge you: Get 1% better every day. It could be in your coaching, your fitness, your mindset—whatever matters to you. Some days, that 1% will feel tough, but pushing through is where the growth happens. 100 days is plenty of time to make real progress.
