It is a monthly coaching community for football and S&C coaches. Twice a month you get a new recorded Film Study. Every month you get a live Two-Minute Drill where I answer your questions on camera. You get early podcast access, equipment discounts, member-only tools, every Gridiron Warrior course, and a community of coaches to collaborate with. $49 a month or $490 a year.

Both. Human performance principles do not change based on the logo on the jersey. The community has high school football coaches, high school S&C coaches, and college coaches. Everyone benefits from the same content.

No. We teach you how to work with what you have. We go to war with the army we have. Coaches with a full rack setup and coaches with a single barbell both get value from this program.

No. It is a working community. Film Study drops twice a month as a recorded breakdown you can watch on your schedule. Once a month we go live for the Two-Minute Drill and I answer your questions in real time. In between, you post on the Questions Board and I answer with a short video. You are not watching a recording alone. You are in the room with other coaches working through it together.

Yes. Any time, no questions asked. But once you are inside and see what is being covered every month, you will not want to.

Every Film Study is posted in the community as a recording, and every Two-Minute Drill and Press Box session gets a replay. You can watch any time. Missing a live session does not mean missing the content.

The courses are the foundation. You go through them once and install the system. GW 2.0, Contact Prep, Scores and Stops. Insiders includes every course plus what keeps you sharp after them. Two Film Studies a month, a monthly live Two-Minute Drill, and a community of coaches. One membership covers all of it.

It is safer than sending them into a game without it. The three-phase progression builds physicality the right way, starting on the ground and working up to full partner contact. We implemented this at Merrimack College and URI. Injury rates dropped. Physicality went up.

No. A floor and a partner. That is it. No sleds, no bags, no equipment budget required.

Ten minutes a day. If you cannot find ten minutes to make your players more physical and safer on contact, you have bigger problems than this course can solve.

The course includes twelve weeks of full TrainHeroic app access. That is how the programming is delivered. The app is free for athletes with the access code included in the course.

The room holds 100 coaches. We are not filling an arena. This is intentionally small. Every person in the room is a serious football or S&C coach. That is what makes the networking as valuable as the sessions.

I build a complete strength and conditioning program for your team and deliver it directly to TrainHeroic. You get a full consultation first to understand your schedule, your facility, and your players. Then I build the program. You show up and coach it.
