Inseason in a Day

You built a monster this summer.
Don't let the season kill it.

Most teams get faster and stronger all summer. Then the season starts, the barbell disappears, and ten weeks later your kids are slower, softer, and beat up. I build you an in-season program that holds everything you built. One call. One week.

Who this is for

You did the work. Now protect it.

You coach high school football. Your kids put in a real summer. They squatted, they ran, they got fast. You are proud of what you built.

Then you look at the schedule and you have no plan for keeping it. Most coaches do not. They lift hard all summer, the season hits, and the weight room goes quiet. They call it "maintenance." It is not maintenance. It is decline in slow motion.

You do not need someone to grade a plan you already have. You need someone who runs a Division I in-season program to build you one that survives a game every week, short weeks, byes, travel, and a playoff run. That is what this is.

What you get

A full in-season program. Built for your team.

You walk away with a ready-to-run program built on the same principles I use at URI. Delivered in TrainHeroic so your athletes follow it from their phones.

Why in-season is different

Summer is a block. The season is a rhythm.

A summer program is a straight line. You add load, you get stronger, you repeat. The season does not work that way. You have a game every week and a nervous system that swings from fried to fresh. Train the wrong thing on the wrong day and you either leave your best football in the weight room or you show up flat on Friday.

Your program gets built around your game day, not a generic calendar.

After the game

Upper body. The nervous system is fatigued, but upper-body tolerance is high. You train hard without digging a hole.

Mid-week

Power and speed. The system has recovered enough for explosive work. This is where you keep the summer alive.

Before the game

Twitchy and short. Med balls, jumps, band work. You prime the athlete without stealing anything from Friday.

TrainHeroic makes you assign work to specific days, so your program comes out dated and ready to run. On the call and in your Loom, I show you which pieces can slide when your week gets messy. Nothing is guesswork.

Proof

I have done this. On a real season.

Two years ago I built Coach Chris Murdock's summer at Billings Senior High in Montana. Then I built his first full season. He ran it start to finish. He has not written a program himself since, and he came back for a second summer without blinking.

That is the whole point of Inseason in a Day. You keep coaching football. I keep the engine running underneath it.

"Now that I'm wearing all these hats, I can't be the gym rat I used to be. With Gridiron Warrior, all the mental load of programming got taken out. I knew it was elite because you had done it. It was a no-brainer."
Coach Mike Serricchio · Head Coach, Ledyard HS (CT)
Who I am

Scott Leech. Strength and conditioning coach at the University of Rhode Island, Division I FCS football. Founder of Gridiron Warrior. Host of the Gridiron Warrior Podcast. Author of 100-plus Saturday Leech Letters. I have audited and built high school programs across the country, and I run annual programming for schools that want the whole year handled.

After the season

Love the season? Let me build your whole year.

If the program runs the way I think it will, you are going to want me building everything. That is Gridiron Warrior Schools. Annual S&C programming through TrainHeroic. I build it, I maintain it, I update it all year. $500 a month.

Here is the part that makes it easy. If you become a GW School within 30 days of your final game, your full $1,497 credits straight toward your annual. You already paid for the season. Now it comes off the year.

No pressure. Inseason in a Day stands on its own. The annual is there if you want it.

What I need from you

Bring me your season, not a finished plan.

You do not need an in-season program already written. That is what I am for. What I need is the truth about your situation: your practice schedule, your game day, how many kids, how many racks, and how much time you actually get with them during the week.

If you have nothing built for in-season, you are exactly who this is for.

The price

One D1 strength coach. Your whole season, handled.

Compare it to a clinic ticket plus a flight plus a hotel for one weekend of generic content you still have to translate to your team. This is your program, your roster, your schedule, built for you and ready to run. And if you go annual, it is free.

August is coming. Your season does not wait for you to figure this out.

Don't lose what you built.

Five schools. Payment closes August 1. When the spots are gone, they are gone until next season.
