Kingston, R.I. · May 16, 2026 · One coach to another
Yesterday I ran a script through every screenshot, X bookmark, and IG save I have on my phone.
1,808 of them.
I sat there watching the number roll up the screen and felt something I did not expect. Embarrassment.
1,627 were strength and conditioning content. Workouts. Drills. Articles. Threads from coaches I respect. I had been quietly hoarding other people's programs like they would somehow become mine if I kept tapping the bookmark button.
116 were business saves I forgot I owned. Audience growth. Email funnels. Content frameworks. Hooks. I have been studying the playbook for two years. This email list still sits at 1,529 subscribers.
Here is the truth. Saving is not the same as doing.
Reading a thread about Contact Prep does not put a kid in the right stance. Bookmarking an email funnel framework does not write the email. The save button feels like progress. It is not. It is a way to feel productive without taking a single rep.
The phone fills up. The brain stays empty.
So I am sitting with the same question I want you to sit with today. So what? You have the saves. You have the books. You have the courses. You have everything you said you needed last May.
What are you actually building this week?
Pick one. The drill. The lift. The email. The conversation with the kid who is sliding. Build it. Then build the next one.
Stop guessing. Start training and coaching with purpose.

Leech
