This summer I've been sharing more clips of our kids training here at Rhode Island. A lot of you have told me you enjoy seeing it. Our kids enjoy showing it off too. They earned it.
Social media is still a place where I learn and where I share ideas. But it comes with its handful of trolls.
You know the type. They comment on anything. They have no idea what we do day to day. No idea what goes into the program, the planning, the reasons behind every rep. So they fire off suggestions that are so irrational they're borderline delusional.
Here's my new approach.
I give them a thumbs up.👍🏻
You got it. Sure thing, boss. Whatever you say.
Because at the end of the day, if someone hasn't taken the time to understand you, your program, the details that fill your day, then who cares what they think? They don't know the truth. And they don't care to find it out. That's fine.
Don't let those people talk you out of sharing your work. The coaches who want to learn from you are watching too. Give the trolls a thumbs up and keep posting.
Keep the Fire Burning,
Leech
P.S. The Gridiron Warrior Summer Summit is a week out and we're capping the room at 100. You can roll the dice at the door, but your best bet is to lock your seat today: www.scottleechtraining.com/summit
